Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
18 ounces ground beef 1 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix 2 large eggs, beaten to blend 1/2 cup dry red wine 1/2 cup chopped pimiento stuffed green olives 3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley leaves 1 envelope onion soup mix 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease the inside of an 8x4 inch loaf pan. Combine the ground beef, stuffing, eggs, wine, olives, parsley, onion soup mix, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. Form the meatloaf mixture into the prepared pan. Bake the meatloaf about 1 hour until the top is browned and the meat shrinks away from the sides of the pan. Let the meatloaf stand 5 minutes before turning out onto a platter and slicing.
Serves 4 to 6.
