Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 large eggs 1 cup milk 3 tbsp. butter, softened 1 cup sifted all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly butter the insides of six 6 ounce custard cups. Combine eggs, milk, butter, flour and salt in a blender. Process until smooth. Divide batter between prepared custard cups, filling each about half full. Place filled cups on a sheet pan and bake about 45 to 50 minutes until rolls are deep golden brown. Turn rolls out of cups and serve hot.
Makes 6 rolls.
