Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/3 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 2 tsp. finely grated lime peel 1/4 cup key lime juice 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened, diced one 9 inch prepared graham cracker crust whipped cream
Directions
Combine corn syrup, sugar, milk, lime peel and key lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Gradually blend in the cream cheese. Blend until smooth. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Cover and freeze pie 6 to 8 hours. Serve with dollops of whipped cream.
Serves 8.
