18 ounce tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough, softened 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 cup fresh strawberries, stemmed and halved
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake the crust about 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Transfer the crust to a rack and cool completely. Combine the cream cheese, sugar and almond extract in a medium bowl and beat until smooth. Spead the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust. Arrange the blueberries in the shape of a hollow star in the middle of the tart. Fill in the star with raspberries and strawberries. Place any remaining berries around the edges of the tart. Refrigerate the tart until ready to serve.
