Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
5 to 7 pound fully cooked ham 21 ounce can cherry pie filling 1 cup orange marmalade 1/4 cup sherry 1/4 cup orange juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place a rack in a large roasting pan. Place the ham on the rack. Bake ham 2 hours.
Remove the ham from the oven. Discard the drippings from the pan. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife. Strain the cherry pie filling into a medium bowl. Set the strained cherries aside. Add marmalade, sherry and orange juice to the pie filling syrup. Brush the cherry syrup mixture all over the ham. Continue baking ham 30 minutes, basting frequently with pan juices. Garnish the ham with the reserved cherries before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
