Roll out cookie dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut out 12 cookies with Easter-themed cookie cutters. Transfer cookies to a sheet pan. Press 1 lollipop stick into the bottom half of each cookie. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until cookies are set. Transfer cookies to a rack and cool completely. Tint frosting with food colorings. Frost cooled cookies. Press jelly beans and speckled eggs into frosting. Makes 12 cookies.
