Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 large eggs 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed 1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese 4 ounces diced cooked ham 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/2 cup half and half
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 inch glass pie plate. Whisk together eggs, green onions, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in hash brown potatoes, Swiss cheese, ham, bell pepper and half and half. Pour the potato mixture into the prepared dish. Bake about 80 minutes until pie is set. Cut pie into wedges and serve.
Serves 6 to 8.
