Easy Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
3 large eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar
pinch salt
2 1/2 cups cubed cinnamon raisin bread
2 cups milk

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat the insides of 8 one cup ramekins or ceramic baking dishes with cooking spray. Beat together eggs, vanilla, brown sugar and salt in a large bowl until well blended. Stir in milk and bread cubes. Divide bread pudding mixture between prepared ramekins. Bake about 30 to 40 minutes until puddings are set. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. Invert ramekins onto plates to release puddings. Serve immediately.
