Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice blend 1 can condensed mushroom soup 1 can mixed chop suey vegetables 2 cups milk 4 thick pork chops, about 8 ounces each 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. seasoning salt 1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine rice, mushroom soup, chop suey vegetables and milk in a casserole dish. Drizzle lemon juice over pork chops. Season chops with salt and pepper. Place pork chops on top of rice and vegetables in casserole dish. Bake chops 1 hour. Turn chops over, cover and bake an additional hour until tender. Serve pork chops with rice and vegetables.
Serves 4.
