Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 hard boiled eggs, halved lengthwise, yolks removed 2 tbsp. salsa 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. minced onion 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Place egg yolks in a food processor. Blend yolks until finely chopped. Add salsa, mayonnaise, onion, cilantro and pepper. Blend yolk mixture until creamy. Divide the yolk mixture between the egg white cavities. Cover and refrigerate filled eggs overnight. Serve cold.
Makes 12 deviled egg halves.
