8 ounces processed cheese spread(such as Velveeta), cubed 1/4 cup milk 2 tsp. ground dry mustard 1 pound ground beef 1/3 cup old fashioned oats 1/4 cup catsup 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat the inside of a 10x6 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Combine cheese spread, milk and mustard in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook until smooth, stirring frequently. Reserve 3/4 cup of the cheese sauce. Transfer the remaining cheese sauce to a large bowl. Add ground beef, oats, catsup and onion and mix until well blended. Shape the beef mixture into an 8x3 inch loaf and place in the prepared dish. Bake meatloaf about 40 minutes until cooked through. Rewarm reserved cheese sauce and serve with the meatloaf.
