Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skinned and diced 3 cups chopped fresh spinach 3 green onions, minced 1 tbsp. peeled, grated fresh ginger 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 large egg white 1 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
Stir together salmon, spinach, green onions, ginger, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk together egg white and soy sauce in a small bowl until blended. Stir the egg white mixture into the salmon. Form the salmon mixture into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon patties to the skillet and cook about 3 to 4 minutes per side until burgers are cooked through and golden brown. Serve burgers immediately.
Makes 4 burgers.
