Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup butter, melted 1 cup self rising flour 1 cup plus 1 tsp. sugar 1 cup buttermilk 2 cups frozen, thawed blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour the melted butter into an 8 or 9 inch square baking pan. Whisk together the flour, 1 cup sugar and buttermilk in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour the flour mixture over the butter in the pan. Toss together the thawed blueberries and remaining 1 tsp. sugar in a small bowl. Spoon the blueberries into the pan. Bake the cobbler about 20 to 30 minutes until browned and bubbly. Transfer pan to a rack and cool cobbler a few minutes before serving. Serve warm.
Serves 4 to 6.
