Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup orange juice 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. dry sherry 2 tsp. peeled, minced fresh ginger 1/2 tsp. white vinegar 1/4 tsp. sugar 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, about 6 to 8 ounces each 1 tbsp. white sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
Stir together orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, sherry, ginger, vinegar and sugar in a large shallow baking dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Preheat broiler. Remove the chicken from the marinade and transfer to a broiler pan. Broil chicken about 5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
