Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound can green beans, drained 1 pound can yellow beans, drained 1 pound can navy or kidney beans, drained 1 cup minced green bell pepper 1 cup minced onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup white vinegar 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Combine all beans in a large bowl. Stir in bell pepper and onion. Stir together salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil. Pour over bean mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Stir well before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
