Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon, crumbled 1/2 tsp. crumbled dried basil 1 tbsp. butter, room temperature 4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine pecans, tarragon and basil in a food processor and grind finely. Add butter, salt and pepper and blend just until combined. Oil a large sheet pan. Spoon pecan mixture equally over the top of each salmon fillet. Press down lightly to adhere. Bake salmon about 20 minutes until cooked through.
Serves 4.
