Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 pounds chicken pieces(breasts, thighs, drumsticks) 3 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. peeled, minced fresh ginger 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
Directions
Place chicken pieces in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Stir together the 3 tbsp. onion, honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a small bowl. Spoon the honey mixture over the chicken. Refrigerate chicken 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and return to the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake chicken 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and sprinkle with green onions. Bake chicken an additional 10 to 15 minutes until tender and cooked through. Serve chicken immediately.
Serves 4 to 6.
