Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
8 ounce package cream cheese, softened 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 3/4 cup water 1 package(4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed 6 ounce prepared graham cracker pie crust 16 miniature chocolate eggs jelly beans green tinted shredded coconut
Directions
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add water and vanilla pudding mix and beat on low speed until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon 1/2 of the filling into the pie crust. Arrange the chocolate eggs evenly over the filling. spoon the remaining filling over the chocolate eggs. Smooth the top of the pie and refrigerate 3 hours.
Slice pie and garnish each piece with a few jelly beans and some tinted coconut.
Serves 8.
