East and West Barbecued Chicken Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
2 1/2 to 3 pounds chicken pieces(legs, thighs and breasts)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce

Directions
Prepare grill. Place chicken pieces in a large baking pan. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Whisk together Dijon, orange juice, olive oil and pepper flakes in a small bowl. Pour mixture over chicken and turn to coat. Cover and let stand 20 minutes. Stir together chili and hoisin sauces in a small bowl.

Remove chicken from the baking pan and place on an oiled grill rack. Grill about 10 minutes per side until chicken is cooked through. Brush 1 side of chicken with chili sauce mixture and grill an additional 3 minutes until starting to brown. Turn chicken over and brush with remaining sauce. Grill 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
