Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound ground beef 1/4 cup ketchup 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. yellow mustard 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. drained horseradish 1 tbsp. minced onion 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 slice white bread 2 tbsp. milk
Directions
Preheat broiler. With your hands, blend together ground beef, ketchup, chili powder, mustard, pepper, horseradish, onion, worcestershire, and garlic salt in a large bowl. Tear bread into pieces and place into a small bowl. Add milk and let bread soak 2 minutes. Blend bread into beef mixture. Form beef into 6 patties. Place beef patties on a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat source for about 5 minutes per side.
Makes 6 burgers.
