Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat, picked over
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
8 saltine crackers, coarsely crushed
1/4 cup dry sherry
3 to 4 dashes tabasco sauce, or to taste
1/4 tsp. salt
*6 large store bought scallop shell halves, washed and dried

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook onion and celery with butter in a skillet 2 minutes. Cool. Toss together crab and lemon juice in a large bowl. Stir in crushed saltines, onion mixture, sherry, cayenne and salt. Stir in crab. Divide mixture among scallop shells and bake until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
