Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 prepared 9 inch pie crust 3 large eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. melted butter 1/2 cup dark corn syrup 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 cup brandy 1 cup pecan halves
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together eggs, sugar, salt, butter, corn syrup and cream in a medium bowl. Stir in vanilla, brandy and pecans. Pour into prepared pie shell and place on a sheet pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes until filling is set and crust is golden brown. Cool.
Makes 1 pie.
