Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 pounds chicken livers 3 tbsp. peanut oil 1 1/2 cups sliced onion 2 tsp. minced garlic 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. turmeric 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook 2 minutes. Stir in livers and spices and stir to coat. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until livers are browned and slightly pink on the inside. Serve over hot buttered noodles if desired.
Serves 4 to 6.
