Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 hothouse cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced 1 tsp. salt 2 cups sour cream 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
Directions
Place cucumber slices in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and let stand 60 minutes at room temperature. Drain juices and transfer cucumbers to a different bowl. Add sour cream, parsley, garlic and paprika. Toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate until service.
Serves 10 to 12.
