Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 cups crispy rice cereal 7 whole honey graham crackers 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows 12 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips 2/3 cup light corn syrup 3 tbsp. margarine 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
Directions
Coat a 9x13 inch microwave dish with cooking spray. Place 6 whole graham crackers in a single layer over the bottom of the dish. Cut up remaining graham cracker to fill any gaps. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over the graham crackers. Microwave on High 1 minute until marshmallows are puffy. Remove from microwave and cool completely. In a medium-size microwaveable bowl, combine chocolate chips, corn syrup and margarine. Microwave on High about 90 seconds until chocolate is half melted. Stir chocolate mixture until smooth. Stir in peanut butter and crispy rice cereal. Mix until cereal is well coated. Spread mixture evenly over cooled marshmallow layer. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour until smores are firm. Cut smores into squares. Store in an airtight container.
Makes about 1 dozen smores.
