Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound beef stew meat, cut into bite-size pieces 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed 1 cup peeled, thinly sliced carrot 1 cup shredded lettuce 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped 1 medium zucchini, diced 10 ounce package frozen, thawed cut green beans 1 cup frozen, thawed corn kernels 16 ounce can tomato sauce 14 ounce can beef broth 1 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. pepper water
Directions
Place beef in a crockpot. Sprinkle with garlic salt and worcestershire. Add potato, carrot, lettuce, onion, zucchini, green beans, corn, tomato sauce, broth, oregano and pepper. Add water to cover. Cook 8 to 10 hours on Low until beef and vegetables are tender. Stir well before serving.
Serves 4 to 6.
