Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound ground beef
8 ounces ground spicy pork sausage
2 pounds American cheese(such as Velveeta), cubed
two 10 ounce cans diced tomatoes with chilies
tortilla chips

Directions
Combine beef and sausage in a large skillet. Brown over medium heat. Drain fat from pan. Transfer meat to a crockpot. Add cheese and canned tomatoes with chilies. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips.

Make about 12 cups dip.
