Crock Pot Three Step Golden Chicken with Noodles

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
two, 10.75 ounce, cans cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 8 large carrots, peeled and thickly sliced 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 6 to 8 ounces each 4 cups medium egg noodles
Directions
Stir together soup, water, lemon juice, Dijon, garlic powder and carrots in a 3 1/2 quart crock pot. Add chicken and turn to coat. Add egg noodles and stir gently. Cover and cook 7 to 8 hours on Low or 4 to 5 hours on High until chicken is tender and cooked through. Serve hot.
Serves 8.
