Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
28 ounce package frozen hash browns 1 cup cubed, cooked ham 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 12 large eggs 1 1/2 cups milk 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Layer hash browns, ham and Cheddar in a crock pot. Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Pour the egg mixture into the crock pot. Stir slightly until hash browns are coated. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours. Serve hot.
Serves 4 to 6.
