Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2/3 cup mashed potato flakes 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 3 to 3 1/2 pounds skinless chicken pieces( breasts, legs, wings) 1/3 cup melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray. Stir together potato flakes, Parmesan, garlic salt and oregano in a medium bowl. Place melted butter in a shallow medium bowl. Dip the chicken pieces in the melted butter to coat. Dredge the chicken in the potato mixture until well coated. Place chicken on the prepared pan. Bake 45 to 60 minutes until chicken is crisp and cooked through. Serve immediately.
Serves 4 to 6.
