Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup lemon juice 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup milk 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom 3 cups crushed cornflake cereal 5 to 6 pounds chicken pieces 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 13x9 inch baking pans. Blend together the lemon juice, condensed milk, milk, coconut and cardamom in a food processor until smooth. Pour mixture into a medium bowl. Place cornflake crumbs in a separate bowl. Dip chicken pieces in milk mixture then roll in cornflake crumbs to coat. Place coated chicken pieces on the prepared pans. Drizzle the melted butter over. Bake about 75 minutes until chicken juices run clear.
Serves 6 to 8.
