Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 1/2 to 4 pounds chicken pieces(legs, thighs and breasts) 4 tbsp. butter, melted 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp. coarse salt 1 1/2 tsp. dried herbes de Provence 1 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Pour the melted butter into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine the Parmesan, flour, salt, herbes de Provence, paprika, cayenne and black pepper in a medium bowl. Place chicken in the melted butter in the baking dish and turn to coat. Transfer to the flour mixture and dredge to coat, pressing slightly to adhere. Return coated chicken pieces to the baking dish and place skin side up. Bake chicken about 50 to 60 minutes, basting occasionally with pan juices, until crisp, well browned and cooked through. Serve immediately.
Serves 4 to 6.
