Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
two 22 ounce cans kidney beans, drained 1 large onion, peeled and minced 1/2 green bell pepper, diced 1 cup canned chopped tomatoes 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. butter, minced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Empty beans into a large baking dish. Add onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper and stir to blend. Dot top with bits of butter. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
Serves 6 to 8.
