Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
2 lbs. flounder or pollock fillets
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 c lemon juice
1 Tbs. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
4 drops red pepper sauce

Directions
Heat oven to 550 degrees. Place fish in greased baking dish. 12x9x2 inches. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over fish.
Bake 5-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. If desired, garnish with tomatoe wedges and green pepper rings.
