Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup chopped sweet Spanish onions 4 cups finely shredded green cabbage 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper 3/4 cup sour cream 2 tbsp. milk 1 tbsp. white vinegar 2 tsp. yellow mustard 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Toss together onion, cabbage and green bell pepper in a large bowl. Stir together sour cream, milk, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour sour cream mixture over slaw and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Serves 6.
