Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cups half & half 1/4 cup butter 1/8 tsp. salt 1 cup chopped nuts 12 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
Directions
Combine sugar, half & half, butter and salt in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Combine chocolates and marshmallow cream in a large bowl. Pour half & half mixture over and beat until chocolate is melted. Add nuts. Pour into a buttered 9x13 inch baking pan. Cool completely. Cut into squares. Store, covered, in a cool place.
Makes about 1 pound fudge.
