Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 egg yolks 1 package (3oz) cream cheese, softened 2 Tbs. lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup chilled whipping cream
Directions
In small saucepan, blend egg yolks, one at a time, into cream cheese, beating vigorously after each addition. Blend in lemon juice and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring vigorously, until sauce thickens. Cool to room temperature. Just before serving, beat 1/4 cup chilled whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff; fold into sauce.
