Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 medium clove garlic, peeled and minced 1 tsp. dried oregano 1 cup plain yogurt 2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream 1/8 tsp. pepper paprika
Directions
Place cucumbers in a strainer. Sprinkle with salt and toss to combine. Let cucumbers drain 15 minutes. Rinse cucumbers and drain well. Stir together garlic, oregano, yogurt, cream and pepper in a medium bowl. Add cucumbers and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate salad at least 1 hour until well chilled. Dust the top of the salad lightly with paprika just before serving.
Serves 4.
