Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 large seedless cucumber, thinly sliced 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 tsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
Directions
Toss together cucumber and salt in a colander. Let juices drain 15 minutes. Whisk together sour cream, vinegar, sugar and pepper in a large bowl. Rinse off cucumber slices. Place cucumbers in a lint-free towel and squeeze out excess liquid. Transfer cucumbers to the bowl with the sour cream. Add red onion and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serves 4.
