Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 large onion, peeled 12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. prepared mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 3/4 bottle prepared chili sauce 12 ounces frozen, thawed crabmeat, picked through 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Grate onion into a large bowl. Add cream cheese, worcestershire, lemon juice, mayonnaise and garlic salt. Stir until creamy. Spread mixture evenly over a large platter, leaving a 1 inch border around the outside. Spread the chili sauce evenly over the cream cheese. Squeeze crabmeat dry and sprinkle evenly over chili sauce. Sprinkle parsley over the crab. Cover platter tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Just before serving, line the edge of the platter with crackers.
Serves 14 to 16.
