Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 2 tbsp. dry white wine 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. dijon mustard 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion 1/2 pound crabmeat, picked over 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Beat together cream cheese, wine, lemon juice, dijon, mustard ans worcestershire until blended. Stir in onion, crab, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 day before serving.
Makes about 2 cups.
