Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 tbsp. prepared mayonnaise 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. finely grated onion 1 1/2 tsp. coarse grained Dijon mustard 1 1/4 cups small broccoli florets 1/2 cup peeled, shredded broccoli stems 3/4 cup peeled, shredded carrot 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and Dijon in a large bowl. Add broccoli florets, shredded broccoli stems, shredded carrots, salt and pepper. Toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
Serves 4.
