Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 cups fresh broccoli florets 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup water 4 ounces cream cheese 1/4 cup milk 2 tbsp. spicy brown mustard 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
Directions
Combine broccoli, salt and water in a large saucepan. Cover and heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes until broccoli is crisp-tender. Drain broccoli and keep warm. Place milk and cream cheese in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until cream cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Stir in mustard and cook 1 minute. Add broccoli and stir gently to coat. Spoon broccoli mixture into serving bowl and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
