Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 egg yolks 1 package (3oz) cream cheese, softened 2 Tbs. lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt 1 Tbs. minced onion 1 tsp tarragon leaves 1/2 tsp chervil leaves 2 Tbs white wine or 1 Tvs white wine vinegar.
Directions
In small saucepan, blend egg yolks, one at a time, into cream cheese, beating vigorously after each addition. Blend in lemon juice, salt and remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring vigorously, until sauce thickens.
