Cream Cheese Peach Bottom Pie with Blueberry Glaze

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Pie: 12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup cold heavy or whipping cream 12 ounces peeled fresh peach slices one 9 inch baked pie crust
Glaze: 12 ounces fresh or frozen blueberries 1/3 cup sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch
Directions
For Pie: Beat together cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, beat cream to stiff peaks. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Arrange peach slices over the bottom of the prepared pie crust. Spoon cream cheese mixture over peaches and smooth top. Refrigerate pie about 30 minutes until firm.
For Glaze: Combine blueberries, sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Cook, stirring gently, over low heat until thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer glaze to a medium bowl and cool to room temperature. Pour cooled glaze over pie. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
