Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 cups water 12 ounce package fresh or frozen cranberries 1 cup fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Combine water and cranberries in a medium saucepan and heat to a boil. When berries start to pop, reduce heat, cover and simmer about 10 minutes until berries are very tender. Place mint leaves in a coffeepot. Strain cranberry mixture over mint leaves, pressing on solids. Stir in 1/2 cup sugar until dissolved. Serve hot or cold.
Serves 4.
