Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 ounces cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp. prepared mayonnaise 2 tbsp. sugar 16 ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained 1/2 cup toasted, chopped walnuts 1 cup heavy or whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks
Directions
Grease a 6 cup plain ring mold. Line mold with plastic wrap or foil, leaving a 1 inch overhang. Beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in cranberry sauce, oranges and walnuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into mold and freeze at least 6 hours. Unmold onto platter and peel off liner.
Serves 10 to 12.
