Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups lump crabmeat, drained 1/2 cup sliced green onion 1/3 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained 5 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 1/2 tbsp. white wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 avocados, halved and pitted
Directions
Stir together crab, onion, oranges, oil, vinegar, garlic salt and pepper. Spoon over avocado halves to serve.
Serves 4.
