Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound bulk pork sausage 1 cup chopped onion 4 cups peeled potato cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 cups water 17 ounce can cream style corn 17 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained 12 ounce can evaporated milk
Directions
Brown sausage with onion in a large pot, breaking up clumps of sausage. Pour off fat. Add potatoes, salt, marjoram, pepper and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potato is tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in cream and kernel corn and milk. Simmer 10 minutes. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
Serves 6.
