Corn and Broccoli Casserole Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
16 ounces cream style corn
1/4 cup milk
2/3 cup cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp minced onion
10 ounces frozen broccoli, thawed
1 large egg, beaten to blend
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions
Mix together egg, corn, milk and broccoli. Cook onions with 1 Tbsp butter and 1/3 cup cracker crumbs for 3 minutes. Stir into corn mixture. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/3 cup cracker crumbs over and drizzle with 1 Tbsp melted butter. Bake 40-45 minutes uncovered in a 350 degree oven.
